The Rocky Start Foundation was created in 2002 by grateful parents,
Roscoe and Barbara Moore, in appreciation of the doctors, nurses, and staff at
the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at University Children's Hospital at U.C.I.
Medical Center who helped save the life of their infant twin son,
Rocky.
The Annual Rocky Start Foundation Charity golf tournament is the
exclusive golf fundraiser endorsed by both U.C.I., the university, and
U.C.H., the hospital.
